The suite we stayed in was absolutely amazing! It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the bed was so cozy and made for a great night's sleep. the hotel's location couldn't be better. It was right in the heart of the city center, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions and landmarks of the city. We didn't have to worry about transportation at all. One of the best aspects of our stay was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel like VIP guests.

The temperature in our room was a bit hot and stuffy. Despite adjusting the air conditioning, it didn't seem to make much of a difference.

This place is located in the center of the city, in a tiny alleyway less than 5 minutes walk from Piazzale Cordusio. The service here is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and provided excellent service. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. The in-room safe provided extra security for my belongings. The free toiletries and flat-screen TV added a touch of luxury to my stay. The staff made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for dinner and making us feel valued. The room is lovely, well-furnished and cozy, with a nice bathroom and even a little terrace. The breakfast might be limited, but there are options nearby, and the rooftop terrace offers fantastic views of the city. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions in the Old Town area.

The language barrier can be a slight challenge as not all the hotel staff have fluent English.
